Sampson Willie "S.W." Williams

January 31, 1936 - December 8, 2009

Wagener - Mr. Sampson Willie Williams, 73, entered into rest Tuesday, December 8, 2009. Mr. S. W. was the son of the late Sampson and Bessie Lee Drawdy Williams. He was also predeceased by sisters Annie Mae Rawls, Mary Lee Gunter, Ollie Mae Snipes and Frances Fulmer, and brothers; Eugene Drawdy, Percy Drawdy, and Vernon Williams.

Mr. S. W.  is survived by his wife; Julia Elaine McGuire Williams, children; Rusty (Myrtle) Williams and Troy Williams, step children; Donald Haynes, Rebecca (James) Day all of Wagener, and Heath Haynes  of North Augusta, grandchildren; Amanda Williams, Christopher Williams, Amber Williams, Sierra Williams, Kayla Garvin, Troy McCabe Williams, Cheryl Haynes, Bishop Haynes, Jimmy Day, Jessie Day, Larry Day John Day, Anna Steen, Natasha Stevens, and Wayne Stevens, great grandchildren; Cameron Steadman, Trey Smith, Elaina Williams, Brackston Williams, Haley Williams, Edward Steen, Nathan Steen, Blake Steen, and Destiny Katherine Day, sister; Mary Ellen Prescott, Rita Miller, and Betty June Fox.

A Graveside Service is Friday, December 11, 2009 at 3:00 pm in the New Holland Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Emanuel Gunter officiating.
