Robert Wayne "Nob" Widener

SALLEY - Mr. Robert Wayne “Nob” Widener, 62, passed away Wednesday, March 19th.
Mr. Widener is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Carolyn Livingston Widener of Salley, children the late Johnny Widener, Lynn and Paul Weimorts of Springfield and Dusty and Kimberly Widener of North, grandchildren Jonni Belle Widener, Gracie Weimorts, Beau Weimorts, Hunter Widener, Savanna Widener and Harley Widener, brothers and sisters-in-law Gene and Carol Widener of Milledgeville, GA, Clyde and Josie Widener of Graniteville, Jackie Widener of Wagener and the late Dale Widener, sisters and brother-in-law Linda and Robert Henderson of Wagener and Joyce Smith of Fayetteville, NC.
Mr. Widener was born in Aiken County, the son of the late Artis Cleveland and Juanita Myers Widener, son-in-law of the late Dempsey and Eva Livingston. Mr. Widener was a member of Salley Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Wagener Chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home, 163 Main St., South (803) 564-5333. The Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. also in the Chapel with the Reverends Henry Cooper and Eddie Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the Wagener Cemetery.
