Lexington – Mr. Jerry Lee Widener, 68, entered into rest Monday, May 11, 2015.
Jerry was the husband of Susan McKinnon Widener, for thirty four years; father of Janice W. (Steve) Ethridge of North Augusta, SC, and Brian J. Widener of Augusta, GA, grandfather of Krysta Ethridge, Braydon Ethridge, Kacee Ethridge, and Brianna Widener. brother of Larry Widener.
He was the son of the late George and Pauline Johnson Widener.
Jerry served in the United States Army for 23 years. He was a member of Amvets Post 7, Toastmasters, and American Legion Post 121.
A Graveside Service will be Monday, May 18, 2015, 12:00 pm at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
