Pelion – Mrs. Eugenia “Jeannie” Margaret Manuel Toole, 77, entered into rest Thursday, November 24, 2016.
Mrs. Toole was the wife for sixty years of Johnnie Nathaniel Toole, Sr. and the mother of Leigh T. (Jack) Corbitt of Salley, Miranda “Mandy” T. (Stanley) Rawls of Pelion, Lucienda “Cindy” T. (Keith) Black of Bamberg, and the late Johnnie “Jay” N. Toole, Jr. She was the grandmother of Gerald Ross Hutto, Stanley C. Rawls, Jr., Avrol (Steve) Brooks, Aaron (Heather G.) Black, Jr., Jason Robert (Krystal O.) Toole, and Johnnie N. “Jay” (Ashley K.) Toole, III. Mrs. Toole was the great grandmother of Marcus Brooks, Aaron Keith Black, III, Brett Toole, Cade Toole and Jaylee Toole. She was the sister of Janice M. Kennerly and Gaye M. (Ted) Williams of Swansea, the late Cynthia Frederick, and Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Toole was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was born in Lexington County to the late Hoyt Eugene and Margaret Williams Manuel. Mrs. Toole was a member of Christ Sanctified Holy Church of West Columbia.
Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Saturday, Nov. 26th in the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home, 163 Main St. S., Wagener, SC. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Johnny Slice officiating. Burial will follow in the Salley Oakview Cemetery.
