Pelion - Mr. Claude B. Tindal, 63, entered into rest Monday, September 28, 2009.
Mr. Tindal is survived by his wife: Juanita Slice Tindal; children: Cleo Baron (Sara “Dot”) Tindal of Aiken, Claudia Ann (Mark) Hoffman, and Tina (Lane) Padgett all of Pelion; grandchildren: Jason Blane Tindall, Travis Baron Tindal, Michael Anthony Davis, Spc Justin Ray Jernigan, U.S. Army , Katelyn Marie Jernigan, Allison Nicole Hoffman, Mark Travis Hoffman, LCpl Timothy Lane Padgett, USMC , Tabitha Marie Padgett; 7 great grandchildren; sister: Gwendolyn (Daniel) T. Sharpe of Cayce; and brother: Danny Cleo (Darlene) Tindal of Spokane, WA.
Mr. Tindal was the son of the late Cleo Clemson Tindal and Ellen Motley Tindal Jeffcoat. He was also predeceased by brother; Carrol David Tindal. Mr. Tindal was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
The Funeral Service will be 3:00 pm Thursday at Salem Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Mr. Tindal will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service for viewing.
