Lexington – Charles Howard Swygert (70) passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016. Born February 18, 1946, he was the son of Cecil H. and Morteen Stabler Swygert.
Mr. Charles was married for 38 years to the late Geneva “Jenny” Tidwell Swygert. He is survived by his children; Larry Earl (Teresa) Owens, Susan Diane (Charles) Howard, Steven Avery Dotson, and Doris Smith, Grandchildren; Micahel Adam Owens, Willaim Bryan Owens, Larry E. Owens, II, Avery Anthony (Susan) Owens, Sherry Lynn Owens, Terry (Angel) Owens, Randy Owens, Reba Smith and Bea Smith, Great Grandchildren; Larry E. Owens, III, Michael Austin Owens, Haley Owens, David River Owens, Gregory Owens, Ryan Owens, Rebecca Owens, and Claudia Owens, and his girlfriend Jean Corbitt. Mr. Charles was preceded in death by his sons, Johnny William Owens and Michael Anthony Owens.
