Wagener – Mr. Jeffrey Dale Swartz, 36, answered God’s call while responding to a call to do His work, Sunday August 19th.
Jeffrey was the loving husband of Tammy Bolen Swartz for fifteen years, the loving father of Brantley “Bubba” Swartz (12) and Jamie “Boo-Boo” Swartz (10), loving son of Paul Edward and the late Wanda Fulmer Swartz, loving brother to Cynthia “Cindy” S. & Donnie Rearden, and Tommy & Tucker Swartz all of Wagener.
Jeffrey was born October 7, 1970. He was a member of Bethcar Baptist Church where he formerly served as a Deacon. He graduated Clemson University in 1992 with a degree in Poultry Science. Jeffrey was a local businessman, a volunteer fireman with the Wagener Fire Department, and member of the Wagener-Salley Young Farmers. He was a dedicated volunteer and a loving friend.
Jeffrey’s visitation is Wednesday, August 22nd from 6 to 9 pm in the Wagener Chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home (803) 564-5333, 163 Main Street South. The Memorial Service will be Thursday, August 23rd at 5 p.m. in the Bethcar Baptist Church, Rev. Chris Addy officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Wagener Fire Department, P.O. Box 400 Wagener, SC 29164.
