Anna Marie Mitchell Smyden

New Holland – Mrs. Anna Marie Mitchell Smyden, 82, went home to be with her Lord Wednesday, August 10, 2011.
Mrs. Smyden is survived by daughters and son-in-law Deborah and Vincent Stephens of Batesburg, and Jean Marie Tan of Hollywood, FL, sons and daughters-in-law; David and Cindy Butler of Pittsburg, PA, Ronald and Mary Butler of Sanford, FL, and Timothy and Melissa Butler of Hollywood, FL, 9 grandchildren; Danielle (Sean) Fife, Lisa (Fred), Joshua Butler, Timmy (Kim) Butler, Jr., Daniel Butler, Walter E. Todd, Corey J. Todd, Aylin Marie Tan, and Kenan Tan, 8 great grandchild; Taylor Fife, Ryan Shaw, Emma Shaw, Natalie Butler, Gage Butler, Joshua Todd, Brian Hoyt Todd, and Christopher Justin Todd , and brother and sister-in-law Leo and Joann Mitchell of CA.
Mrs. Smyden was the daughter of the late Thomas Bernard and Inez McNany Mitchell. She was the widow of Walter E. Butler and James E. Smyden, and also preceded in death by brother Thomas Mitchell.
A Memorial Service will be Saturday at 6 p.m. in the New Holland Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Rev. Virgil Parsons officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
