Cayce – Mr. Earl Albert Shumpert, 90, entered into rest Thursday July 7, 2016.
Mr. Shumpert was the loving husband of the late Willie Miles Shumpert, the loving brother of Annie Jackson, Mildred Baker, and the late Cyrus Shumpert, Ray Shumpert and Alma Cofer; and was the Uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Earl Bower “Bub” and Ethel Gantt Shumpert.
Mr. Shumpert loved to hunt and fish. He was a lifetime Mason of the Elmore Lodge, #288 Masonic Lodge of Pelion.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 am Tuesday in the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home, 163 Main Street South, Wagener, SC 29164. The Funeral Service will be held 11 am Tuesday also in the chapel. Burial will follow in the Pelion Oaklawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials to be made to your favorite charity.
