New Holland – Mrs. Sandra Kaye Tattrie Shiffner, 57, entered into rest Tuesday, November 01, 2016.
Sandra was born in Goldsboro, NC to Peggy Lou Spivey and the late Clinton Wendell Tattrie. She was the wife of John Henry “Johnny” Shiffner, Sr. for 27 years. Sandra was the mother of Jessie W. Beasley, Kristie (Patrick Taylor) Beasley, April D. (Jeffery Rose) Beasley, Tonya (Michael) Peele, John H. (Shelia) Shiffner, Jr., Heather T. (Eric) Keith, and Jordan Ashley (Manuel) Mejia. She was the grandmother of Jessie W. Beasley, Jr., McKenzie Beasley, Jagger Beasley, Amber Tindal, Emily Tindal, Adrian Rodriquez, Zach Tindal, Lola Taylor, Alexis Tindal, Julie Rose, Julian Rose, Hunter Shiffner, Claire Nann, Brianna Baughman, John H. Shiffner, III, Day-Run Keith, Elaysia Keith, Avian Keith, Ozzie Felder, Jordan A. Mejia, Brandon Hunter and Zayden Gleaton. Sandra was sister of Tony Tattrie, Colleen (Billy) Braswell, Terry Tattrie, Jennifer Tattrie, Wendy (Richard) Miller and the late Charlotte Tattrie. She was the daughter-in-law of Ealise Eidson and sister-in-law of Jerry (Lila) Shiffner, Jeff (Robin) Shiffner, and Ann Shiffner, Lynn Shiffner, and Andy (Jack Gay) Eidson. Sandra had many nieces and nephews. She loved all her family and friends and was loved by them too.
A Celebration of Sandra’s life with family and friends will begin at 12 noon on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at the Shiffner home, 2107 New Holland Rd., Wagener (in the New Holland Community). The family asks that in lieu of flowers; please make memorial donations to the American Cancer Society at 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210-1790.
