Salley – Roxy Ann New Jeffcoat, 60, entered into rest Saturday March 16, 2013.
Roxy is survived by her sons; Brian James “B.J.” Vinson and his companion Judy Platts of Salley, and Michael James Vinson of Charleston, grandchildren; Devin James Vinson, Whitney Elaine Brewer, Brittany Michelle Starnes, and Kaitlyn Ann Vinson, sister; Gail (Bobby) Williams of Salley, and brothers; James Ray New of Williston, and Roger Michael New of North.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Irvin James “I.J.” and Callie Mae Cooper New, and sister Regina N. Moski. She was married to the late Charles James Vinson, and Jerry Jeffcoat.
The Funeral Service will be Tuesday at 3 pm in the Salley Baptist Church with burial in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
