Wagener- Mr. Charles Andrew “Andy” Rawls, Sr., 71, entered into rest Thursday, May 21, 2015.
Andy was the married to Olivia “Libby” Rawls for twenty-eight years; father and father-in-law of Charles and Ann Rawls of Orangeburg and Clint Odom of Chicago; grandfather of Nicole and Patrick LeVan and Karl Klippenstein, great grandfather of Patrick LeVan, brother of, Ronnie (Sherry) Rawls, Linda Couillard, Barbara Jackson, and Sharon Wilson, brother-in-law of Paulette Hancock, Jan Barcelo and Donald Craven and uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Rawls was the son of Arthur and Marion Rawls. He was also preceded in death by his brother Wilbur Rawls.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Monday. May 25th, at the Berlin Baptist Church in the fellowship hall. The Funeral Service will follow at 11 am in the church sanctuary.
