Pelion- Mrs. Rachel Ann Huckabee Player, 72, entered into rest Thursday, September 24, 2015.
Mrs. Rachel was the wife of the late Ronald W. Player; the mother of Joel M. Player and Kelli A. and Bryan S. Mullenax; grandmother of Bryan S. Mullenax II; and sister of the late Rev. David (Judith) Huckabee and Johnnie (Patricia) Huckabee.
Mrs. Rachel was born in Wagener to the late Milledge H. and Elsie Fulmer Huckabee. She was a member of Berlin Baptist Church. She served many years as an LPN.
A Service of Remembrance has been rescheduled to Saturday, October 10, 2015, 11:00 am at Berlin Baptist Church with the Rev. George Koon officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with visitation following in the church fellowship building.
