Pacolet– Mrs. Frances Emily Lemmonds Millwood, 86, entered into rest Tuesday, May 3, 2016
Mrs. Emily was the widow of William “Bill” Henry Millwood and mother of the late Harold “Hal” Millwood. She was the loving mother-in-law of Carol B. Millwood. Mrs. Emily was the grandmother of Jason William Millwood and Sarah Sandberg and Jennifer Carol Millwood and V. J. Lirio, III. She was the sister of the late Flora Mae Lemmonds, Charlie “Doc” Lemmonds, Sue Padgett, Kathleen Capps, Fred Lemmonds, Jack Lemmonds, Jesse Earl “Liz” Lemmonds, and Gene Lemmonds.
Mrs. Emily was born in Pacolet, SC to the late DeWitt and Venery Allen Lemmonds. She was a member of Pacolet Mills Baptist Church.
Visitation will be from 2:30 to 3:45 Saturday at Pacolet Mills Baptist Church, 385 Stone Street, Pacolet Mills, SC 29373. A Service to Celebrate the life of Mrs. Emily will be held at 4 pm also in the church sanctuary with Pastor Phillip Proveaux officiating. The Committal Service will follow in Pacolet Memorial Gardens.
