Pelion- Mr. Patrick “Pat” Joseph McGovern, 45, entered into rest Friday, February 14, 2014.
Born in Denville, NJ on June 12, 1968, he was the son of the Dianne Schuten McGovern and the late James Vincent McGovern, Sr.
Pat was the father of; Alyssa Nicole McGovern, Luke Patrick McGovern and Ruth Hazel McGovern. He is also survived by his mother, sister Kathleen M. (Mark) Hudson and brothers, James “Jim” V. McGovern, Jr., Michael (Alyssa) McGovern and Kevin (Tara) McGovern.
The Family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 – 8 in the Chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home, 163 Main Street, Wagener, SC. A Service to celebrate the life of Pat will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday at St. Mary Help of Christians Church, 118 York St. SE, Aiken, SC 29801.
