Irmo - Mr. Volodymyr “Andrew” Matrosov, 38, entered into rest Monday, December 17, 2012.
Andrew was born in Terebovlya, Ukraine and is survived by his wife; Nataliya,Stoykevich, children; Iryna Stoykevych and Dennis Stoykevych, and parents Valeriy Petrovych and Dariya Ivanivna Matrosov, sister Iryna Smotrich, mother-n-law Larisa Katinskaya, father-n-law Oleg Stoikevych, brother-n-law Taras Stoikevych. Maydanyk Family, and Aunt Milya Yanitskaya.
Panikhida Service will be Thursday beginning at 6:00 pm with visitation following in the Holy Apostles Orthodox Church, 724 Buff Street, West Columbia.
The Funeral Service will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. in the Holy Apostles Orthodox Church with Father Thomas Moore officiating. The committal service will be held at the Elmwood Cemetery, 501 Elmwood Avenue, Columbia. The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Family of Andrew Matrosov at 412 Caddis Creek Road, Irmo, SC 29063.
