PERRY - Miss Peggy Elizabeth Lee, 73, entered into rest Friday, May 23rd.
Miss Peggy is survived by sisters Mollie L. Gunter of Perry, Magaline Wymer of Elgin and Lillie Mae Church of Gaston, brothers and sisters-in-law Herman Lee and Larry and Brenda Lee of Lugoff, Edmund “Buddy” and Margie Lee, Jr. of Elgin, and Ervin and Nikki Lee of Hopkins along with many nieces and nephews.
Miss Peggy was born in Richland County, the daughter of the late Edmund D. Lee, Sr. and Katherine Josephine Jones Lee Branham. She was also preceded in death by Sister Mary Catherine Crout and Brother Fred Lee.
Funeral Services for Miss Peggy will be held at 2 P.M. Monday at the Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor Joey Curado officiating. The casket will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service for viewing. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 P.M.
