New Holland – Mr. Frank John Klimek, Jr., 83, entered into rest Saturday, July 2, 2016.

Mr. Frank is survived by his wife of 59 years, Muriel Carrie Klimek of New Holland; children; Lori (Dominick) Russo of Jackson, NJ, Michael Klimek of Batesburg, Doreen Chuck of Bricktown, NJ, Darleen Klimek and Steven Klimek of New Holland; grandchildren, Jamie Krzyzanowski, Thomas Buffa, Jr., Sharon Walker, Pamela Amell, Joseph Buffa, Randi Lopez, Francis Klimek-Favuzza, James Klimek, Allen Marfitt, Jr., Joseph Andrews, David Andrews, Michael Klimek, Marissa Cook, Alexi Farr, Manuel Sanchez, Tyler Chuck and Mason Klimek; 22 great grandchildren, sisters Catherine “Pat” Zaremski of Bayonne, NJ and Bernice (Eugene) Drenzek of Washington, NJ, and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Frank was born in Jersey City, N J. to the late Francis John Klimek, Sr. and Catherine Sabol Klimek. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Michele Marfitt and son Frank J. “Cowboy” Klimek, III. Mr. Frank served his country in the Korean War with the U. S. Army. He was a General Manager with Burry Biscuits and later enjoyed serving as an animal caretaker in the Six Flags Great Adventure Safari - Jackson, NJ. He was a VFW Lifetime Member and a member of the American Legion.  Mr. Frank lived in Howell NJ 42 years before moving to New Holland ten years ago.  Mr. Frank was affectionately known as the “God Bless America” man.

Visitation is Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, in the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Funeral Service will be at 7:00 p.m. also in the chapel. A time of fellowship will also be held at 4:00 pm Wednesday in the New Holland Baptist Church Fellowship Building where the family will gather around the meal table.
