Gaston - Mr. Leon Vandurn King, 50, entered into rest Sunday, May 27, 2012.
Leon is survived by his sister Mildred (Cliff) Taber, nieces; Kelly Taber, and Denise Marsh, nephew Jason Craft and great nephews; Jonathan Kane “Lil Sweet” Peele and Howard Ashton V. Taber, and special friend Tammy Kinder.
Leon was the son of the late Howard Vanhurst and Margie Jeffcoat King. He was also predeceased by his brother Layton King.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm in the Wagener Chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home.
A Graveside Service will be held, 11:00 am Wednesday at Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery.
