SAWYERDALE – Mr. Cebron “Ceb” Jeffcoat, 82, entered into rest Saturday, June 30, 2007.
Mr. Jeffcoat is survived by his son David C. Jeffcoat of North, granddaughter Valarie Smith of Rocklin, CA, 2 great grandchildren, sister and brother-in-law Mary and Graddy Brown of Springfield, brothers and sister-in-law Percy and Mamie Lou Jeffcoat of Columbia, Albert J. Jeffcoat, Jr. of Orangeburg and Heyward “Coot” Jeffcoat of Neeses, and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Jeffcoat was born in Orangeburg County, the son of the late Albert and Cora Hutto Jeffcoat. He was predeceased by his wife Marjorie Corbett Jeffcoat, daughter Marcia Lynn Jeffcoat, brothers; Robert Jeffcoat, A. J. Jeffcoat and Legrande Jeffcoat and sisters Corine Jones and Deline Berry. Mr. Jeffcoat was a
U. S. Army Veteran and a member of Rocky Grove Baptist Church. He retired from Champion Industries after 30 years of service.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 1st from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Wagener Chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home, 163 Main St. South, Wagener, SC (803) 564-5333. The Funeral Service will be Monday, at 5 p.m. in the Rocky Grove Baptist Church with the Reverend John O’Cain officiating. Mr. Jeffcoat will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service for viewing. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
