WAGENER – Mrs. Polly Ann Merchant Jarvis, 78, entered into rest Thursday, January 15, 2009.
Mrs. Jarvis was the mother and mother-in-law of Sandra (Douglas) Rice of Granville, MA, John F. (Kathleen) Jarvis, Jr. of Wagener, Michael (Susan) Jarvis of New Port, NH, Deborah (Thomas) Crary of Lexington, and Ronald Jarvis of Ft. Collins, Colorado. She had 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Mrs. Jarvis was born in New Port, NH; the daughter of the late Jacob Nye and Mae Follansbe Merchant. She was the widow of John Francis Jarvis, Sr. and was of the Catholic Faith.
