Salley — Barbara Lee Sanders Jackson, 59, entered into rest Sunday, January 23, 2011.
She leaves her loving husband of 17 years, William E. (Jimbo) Jackson, Jr., her daughters, Stephanie and special son-in-law Bart Poole, Amy Hoover, Jennifer and Rodney Fortune, and Shelly Jackson, grandchildren; Brandon, Sheldon, Dalton, Hannah, Mason, Tiffany, David, Mallory, Meagan and Jack, sister Patricia (Joe) Baskins, brother LeeRoy Sanders, nephews; Matthew Baskins, Chad and Colby Sanders, niece Jessica (Chris) Chadwick, Aunt Sherrie Collier, and mother-in-law, Lydia B. Jackson.
Mrs. Jackson was born in Cape Girardeau, MO the daughter of the late LeRoy and Elfrieda McMillan Sanders. She was also predeceased by grandson Hudson Levi “BumbleBee” Poole.
Mrs. Jackson was a buyer for Helena Chemical Co. She was a very fine artist who was a loving and devoted “Nanny”.
Visitation will be at Dolorosa Worship Center on Wednesday from 6-7 pm and other times at the home. A Memorial Service will follow at 7 pm.
