North - Mr. Ray Allen Hoffman, 41, entered into rest Tuesday, August 28, 2012.
Ray was married to Tina Louise Lee and was the father of Tina Marie Hoffman. Marion Hoffman of Columbia is Ray's uncle. Darrell Hooker is a family friend. Ray's father and mother-in-law are James and Margaret Lee of North.
Ray was the son of the late Weylon Felix and Emma Esther Mathiesen Hoffman.
Visitation with the family will be in the Chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home on Friday from 7 to 9 pm. In lieu of flowers, please cotact the family.
