Wagener – Mrs. Elizabeth Goss Hallman, 90, entered into rest Wednesday

Mrs. Hallman is survived by her children Betty J. (Larry) Garvin, of Wagener, Barbara Goff of Aiken, Lee (Billy) Dixon of Augusta, William (Alice) Huckabee of New Ellenton, Willie (Bernice) Huckabee of Leesville, James (Pat) Hallman of Montmorenci, Beth Michaels of North Augusta and Jennie Lou Hallman of Wagener, 20 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 17 great great grandchildren and, sisters; Novella Bailey of Salley, Daisy Smith of Augusta, GA, Ruth Amaker of Aiken and Ellie Wingard of Wagener. She is predeceased by her parents Eugene Goss and Adele Jackson, and children Margaret Litton & Johnny Huckabee.
Mrs. Hallman was born in Aiken County. She was retired from the SC Forestry Commission where she worked the Look-Out Tower in Gilbert for many years.
Visitation will be Friday, August 24th from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Wagener Chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home, 163 Main St. South, Wagener, S.C. (803) 564-5333. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 25th at 1:00 pm also in the Chapel with the Rev. Chris Addy officiating. Burial will be Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers are Wilson Allen, Jessie Dixon, Tyler Roberson, Marty Edington, James Hallman, II and, Ronnie Michaels.
