WAGENER - Mrs. Lizzie Leola "Pete" Hutson Goss, 92, entered into rest Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at her home.
Mrs. Goss is survived by her husband of 73 years, Charles M. Goss, daughter and son-in-law Diane and V. T. Heyward of Wagener, 3 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Goss was born in Aiken County, the daughter of the late Henry Monroe and Ethel Odell Bonnette Hutson. She was also preceded in death by grandson Eric Heyward, great granddaughter Megan Jackson, 4 brothers and 1 sister. Mrs. Goss was a member of Bethcar Baptist Church and had been a seamstress at Wagener Manufacturing Co.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Wagener Chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home, 163 Main St. South, Wagener, S.C. (803) 564-5333. The Funeral Service will be Friday, February 16th at 3:00 p.m. in the Bethcar Baptist Church with the Rev. Chris Addy officiating. Mrs. Goss will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service for viewing. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Bethcar Baptist Church at P. O.
