Belinda doted over her loving family; husband of 17 years Paul Fulmer, her Father John L. Burnam of Dunedin, FL and Mother, the late Martha W. Burnam, brothers Darrell (Kate) Burnam of Royal Palm Beach, FL, the late John Burnam, Jr., sisters Judy (Sam) Bagby of Aiken, SC, Angela (Asa) Sharpe of Lake City, FL., her nieces and nephews, Mother and Father-in-law Connie Fulmer and the late Sammy “Papa” Fulmer.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Wagener Chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home, 163 Main St. South, Wagener, SC (803) 564-5333.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Thursday. Internment will follow in the New Holland Pentecostal Holiness Church cemetery.
