New Holland – Mr. Edward Winston Duvall, 93, entered into rest Wednesday November 7, 2012.
Mr. Duvall was the son of the late Thomas Jefferson and Mary Pearl Humphrys Duvall.
Mr. Duvall was a member of New Holland Baptist Church. He was a veteran of WWII where he received the Bronze Star and a veteran of the Korean War where he received the Purple Heart. He retired from the U. S. Army as Master Sergeant. Mr. Duvall is survived by wife of 66 years Olene Carter Duvall, son Ed (Carolyn) Duvall and daughter Patty Duvall, granddaughter Amy (David) Harris and great granddaughter Audrey Harris.
The Funeral Service will be Saturday, at 4 p.m. in the New Holland Baptist Church Cemetery with full military honors and the Rev. Owen McAlister officiating.
