North – Mr. Arthur Eugene “Billy” Crim, Jr., 68, entered into rest Wednesday, January 13, 2016.
Billy was the husband of Jan B. Crim (married in 1984). He was the loving father of Arthur E. “Gene” Crim, III and Sandy of North, Scott Crim and Debbie of North, Cristy Goodwin and Tony of Swansea, Kathy Mitchell and Josh of Lugoff, and Jamie Crim of West Columbia; grandfather of Christopher (Jenny), Crystal (Tommy), Dustin, Christy, Brittany (Branden), Jacob, Jacob, Ethan, Supranee, Brody, Kathreeya, T. J. (Heather), Christian (Daniel), Alexander (Sabrina), Hunter, Benjamin; great grandfather of Chandler, Blake, Madalin, Madison, Sophie, Autumn, Haille, Cheyenne, Airyelle, Trey, Taria and the late Landon; brother of Jeffrey Hydrick of Gaston, Ann Hydrick of Wagener, Dee Lorick and Bobby of Chapin, and Hope Schmieler and George of Chapin, Uncle to several nieces and nephews, and special friends, DeWayne, Butch and TamBo. Billy was the son of the late Arthur E. Crim, Sr. and the late Marie Porter Crim Hydrick.
Billy was a true outdoorsman. He loved his family, hunting, fishing and farming, especially his “girls” (cows).
A Memorial Service to celebrate Billy’s life will be held 3 pm Sunday in the chapel of Blizzard Funeral Home, 163 Main Street South, Wagener, SC 29164. Visitation with the family will follow the service. Friends may call at other times at the Crim home, 115 Crim Hydrick Rd., Wagener, SC.
