Salley – Mr. James Howard Courtney,78, entered into rest Friday July 11, 2014.
Mr. Courtney was the son of Willie J. and Azilee Hutto Courtney. He was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years Betty J. Biszantz Courtney who passed in 2009, brothers Coy J. Courtney, and Willie C. Courtney, and sisters Norma Lee Courtney and Edna Courtney.
Mr. Courtney was a retired TSGT with the U. S. Air Force.
Mr. Courtney is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Carnell J. and Melba Courtney of Swansea and several nieces and nephews. His primary care takers were his nephew David Courtney and his wife Becky. Thanks also to Melba Courtney and Linda Quezada who helped take care of Mr. Courtney.
