Batesburg – Wendy Rae Brown Bogard, 56, entered into rest Friday, March 18, 2016.
Wendy was the daughter of Max Neal Brown and his wife Sharon and Gloria Carol Gilbert Brawn and her husband the late Jerry Brawn. She was the mother and mother-in-law of Amelia Lourene Russell-Scollon and Ian Scollon. Amelia’s father is Chris Russell. Mike Hallman is the man who made Wendy smile the most. Wendy was the sister of Biff Brown, Wanda K. Brown, Tonya Dodge and Mike, Tori Felber and Aaron, Barbara Dio and Pete, Robert Brawn and Eleanor, Bethany Ross and Brian, and the late Brenda Cervi and her husband Tom Cervi. She was the aunt of Jacob Teters and Julie Carroll, Sydni Brown and Gary Brown. Wendy’s special friends were Tammy Ridgell, Tony Hall and Johnny Boatwright.
Wendy loved horses and loved life. Her laugh and kind heart were contagious.
