A little history on Portrait Weavers
PortraitWeavers is a high end American textile company. They are the worlds largest weaver of tapestry wall art. They service the professional photographer trade and weave throws, pillows, tote bags and wall hangings. Each of these are jacquard woven works of art.
PortraitWeavers is a division of PCI weavers, located in the mountains of North Carolina. Our craftsman are textile professionals that ply their trade utilizing knowledge handed down to them from their parents.
Since 1988, PCI has been family owned and operated. Their weaving roots date back to the time of the American Revolution, when our relatives supplied General George Washington with uniforms and coats at Valley Forge.
