Mr. Billings is survived by his children; Trina L. Longenecker, and Brian K. (Billie Jo) Billings of Wagener, Marion F. Billings, Jr. of Augusta, GA, and Sean (Dawn) Billings of Bramwell, W. Virginia, 16 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, 1 sister, and ex-wife Rosamarie V. Herrick.
Mr. Billings was the son of Nelson LeRoy and Geraldine Mae Hosler Billings. He was born in Toledo, Ohio.
