South Hadley, MA –Violet October Martin Belanger entered into rest Sept. 16, 2009, at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, M.A. Violet was born on Sept. 13, 2009 to Caroline Martin and Kyle Belanger. In addition to her parents, Violet leaves her grandparents; Ted and Helen Martin of Wagener, S.C., and Larry and Donna Belanger of Pittsfield, MA; her great-grandmother, Eunice Scalf; her aunt, Leslie Martin; her cousin, Addison Compton, all of Wagener, S.C.; and her aunt and uncle, Aaron and Jennifer Belanger of Lowell, M.A.
A service will be held on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. at the Ryder Funeral Home, 33 Lamb St., South Hadley, MA, (413) 533-1735. Family and friends can gather at the funeral home starting at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Foundation, 7201 S.
