Mrs. Bailey was one of eighteen siblings of the late Edgar and Rachel Martin Brown. She was the widow of Lois Bailey.
Mrs. Bailey is survived by her children; Richard (Julie) Johnson of Bemidji, MN, Bobby (Kathy) Johnson of West Columbia, Beverly (Tony) Day of Wagener, Louis Bailey, Jr. of Salley, and Timothy (Laurie) Bailey of Summerville, step daughters; Margaret (Merrill E.) Batchelor of Salley, and Patricia (Aubrey) Shealy of Wagener, daughter-in-law; Carolyn Bailey of North, grandchildren; Michael Johnson, Rachel Johnson, Kevin Earl (Lisa) Johnson, Melissa (Paul) Bodie, Allen (Tabatha) Bailey, Crystal (Max) Rutland, Brandon (Marcia) Bailey, and Barry Christopher (Loraine) Bailey, great grandchildren; Brycen Johnson, Kaela Johnson, Brodie Johnson, Alexander Bailey, and Aiden Rutland, brother; Reginald Sam Brown of Fuquay-Varina, NC, and sister; Elizabeth Wilkins of Charleston.
Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Blizzard Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held in the Salley Oakview Cemetery Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. with Dewitt Livingston officiating. The grandsons will be pallbearers.
